("Personal Data") that you ("Users") may provide in your use of the services of Majestic.co.th through the website www.majestic.co.th ("Website") Personal data means information that can be used to identify an individual or details from the data and other information that the organization has or is likely to have access to whether it is true or not. References to the website include other relevant matters, including but not necessarily limited to the website for communication devices and applications. When visiting or using the website, users can accept and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy and/or the terms of the website. We may ask users to provide information about the trips users enjoy, airline frequent flyer members, and suggestions about your travel experience through booking with Majestic. We also collect non-personally identifiable information (that cannot be used to identify users), including but not limited to information from IP address, geographic location information, operating system type, nationality, search settings and general information related to internet usage.

We may use your personal data and other information collected through the website whether in the country or abroad for the following purposes:

• Registration, management and/or administration of your use of and/or access to the website
• Administering, operating, managing and providing the services on this website to users
